Questions

Good things to know.

When will I get in?

The beta opens October 19. Invites go out in small groups so every workspace gets proper attention.

What does the beta cost?

It costs nothing to join and nothing to use during the beta, and we never ask for a card. You can see the plans and prices for after the beta now.

How long does the beta run?

It's planned to run until early January 2027. Beta members will hear the exact end date well ahead of time.

What happens to my work when the beta ends?

You keep your workspace and everything in it. It moves to the Free plan until you choose a paid one, and beta members are offered a founding member rate.

How do I know the invite is really from you?

Every beta email comes from a nerthos.com address, and the invite link takes you to the Nexus sign-up page. If anything looks off, email hello@nerthos.com and ask.

Is Nexus only for businesses?

No. It works for one person organizing their own work as well as for a company. Solo users are welcome in the beta.

Which email should I use?

The one you want your Nexus account to live under. Sign up with that same address when your invite arrives, so we can match you to your spot.

Can I bring my team?

Yes. Your beta workspace has five Enterprise seats: you plus four teammates. Only one person per team needs to join this list.

Does it work on my phone?

Nexus is designed for laptop and desktop screens during the beta. A phone experience is on the roadmap. Your phone will have to wait its turn.

Is my data safe?

Every workspace is kept apart from every other, and you decide who in your workspace sees what. During the beta we'll be clear about how your data is handled as you get set up.

I changed my mind. How do I leave the list?

Email hello@nerthos.com and we'll remove you. No questions asked, no guilt trip.
